Precautionary Statements

Prevention: Obtain special instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. – No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. Ground/bond container and receiving equipment. Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilating/lighting equipment. Use only non-sparking tools. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray. Wash with soap and water thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Contaminated work clothing must not be allowed out of the workplace. Avoid release to the environment. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. Response: If swallowed: Immediately call a poison center/doctor. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If on skin (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Specific treatment (see Sections 4 to 8 on the SDS and any additional information on the label). Do NOT induce vomiting. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse. In case of fire: Use appropriate media to extinguish. Storage: Keep container tightly closed. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Store locked up. Disposal: Dispose of contents in accordance with your local disposal company along with national/international regulations.
